Recently accepted a new position as a prep cook in the cold salad bar for a catering company with a corporate client in the US. This is a culinary station that I want to work as I wanted to gain work experience in cooking, and use similar knowledge in baking and little experience in cooking for a kitchen production. I am so excited about this position as this is my dream to become a better, smarter chef in the food and beverage industry.
