Looking for a Garmo postion or other line positions. I'm looking to learn! I grew up in a Jewish Deli in Phoenix Az. (Miracle Mile). Cooked in the US Army for twenty years. Attended The Culinary Institute Of America Greystone Campus St. Helena Ca. in 2013-2014 up to the externship. Raising a son and being married, I had to go back to work. While I was at school I worked at the special events catering. I then worked at Cindys Backstreet Kitchen(Cindy Pawlcyn) with exec chef Jim Leiken(Opening chef for Cafe Baulud in Florida).I started on dish, then prep and salad station or garde manger which you choose to call it. I just finished working garde manger at CIA Wine Spectator Greystone Restaurant.Restaurant closed because it is moving and wants it all student ran.
