Food is a prism, through which I see the world, that is why it turns everyday into a feast. It is the fruitiness, the spiciness, the pongyness, and the ultimate pleasure that makes me constantly search for one naughty ingredient, that will gradually form into an ambrosial indulgence in my kitchen. Food is an experience. It is the anticipation and the revelation of one's greedy nature, the people who cook and serve the food, the ambience and the company, the flavours, the smells, and the memories.
