Started out in Greandma's kitchen, cooked in the Navy, Line cooked in mass production facilities managed restaurants and worked in various parts of a vary large Casino's 26 different food prep, baking etc.. departments. I would not insult those with a schooling in culinary education by calling myself a chef, but I like to think I know my way around the kitchen whether it be at home or in a commercial facility.
