I am a culinary instructor at Schenectady County Community College, an American culinary Federation accredited culinary school.
I am an adviser for the junior chapter of the Central New York-Capital District chapter of the American Culinary Federation. I also coach the school's culinary competition team.
I love what I do for a living, I am one of the few people in the world who has been blessed to do something each day that I love. I hope to share that passion with others and inspire cooks and chefs, both young and old to keep our industry going strong.
