40+ years cooking around. I have been doing mostly catering and management for the last 20 years.
I have been cooking all my life, but never attended culinary school. Working in a kitchen to pay for college, and finding that it was all I wanted to do.
I injured my back, and since my surgery I am almost exclusively a planner and director now- (Which is a good idea anyway- as I am 62)
