I am an Executive Chef of Corporate Dining with over 10 years of professional experience, specializing in preparing Italian cuisine, providing stellar customer service, and managing the operations of a corporate dining room, which includes preparing up to 600 meals a day, supervising the kitchen, creating menus, processing payroll, ordering, overseeing plating design and making executive decisions on menu direction and staff scheduling and management issues. I started my career as a food server and quickly rose to the position of line cook. In 2004, a colleague recognized my talent and recommended me for a sous chef position at the Engel Burman Group within the Bristal Senior Living Facility. My abilities later earned me the position of executive chef for the competition's lower Manhattan complex, where I was the youngest female executive chef on record. After receiving much press for my natural culinary talents, I was again requested by the Engel Burman Group. I attribute my success to the support I receive from my family, friends, and my love and dedication to food.I am also a food consultant for private parties and catering events. I was recently Honored by The Cambridge Who's Who Among Executive Chefs for Culinary Excellence. One of the highlights of my life was auditioning for Top Chef.
