    Why do you want to do that? Chicken tender cook very fast especially if pounded. Cooking it twice? Keep it simple, flash fry and serve.

    Oh Yes! In Alsace, it's a speciality. Choucroute de navet. They have a special white turnip they grow just for that. You cook it the same as sauerkraut. Bonne appétit!
