I'm 25 years young, and am currently attending The Culinary School of the Art Institute. I love experimenting with all types of foods, flavors, and ideas. I'm still honing my master skills and want to be better the next day than I was before. I have a strong passion for organics even though it's tough to make it mainstream it's something I find pleasing knowing that there are no GMO's in those products. My goal is to use them as much and long as possible in the cooking profession.
