  • also, Is it ok to make the bourride soup without the fish ahead of time..adding the rouille to the soup etc. to reheat on friday? or will the consistency change?

    Hi, I would like to ask you a few questions for a dinner I am doing this friday. I am making Bourride with fish only as I am kosher. but I am adding a twist on the dish. I am poaching the fish in olive oil and serving it on the bourride with a piece of toast and rouille. How long should I poach a 6 ounce filet of fish in the oil?
