I hope to, its on the list. I am a fan of fish and seafood. At a very young age my parents made sure our palates experienced everything. While some kids were eating 'safe' food, I was shucking oysters with my father, or basting a lamb or a sucking pig on the spit along side my father , fishing was just a regular thing. How about ice fishing and cleaning it right there and cooking it on the spot....by a brook in the early morning.... listening to the song birds. I can say that my childhood was the greatest. I have a great appreciation for Chefs like him who value the art of cooking and preparing food. Work takes it to another level.
