Harissa: This Tunisian and North African serrano pepper, garlic, coriander thick paste type sauce is used throughout Morocco and Tunisia. It is served as a partner inside Cous Cous and / or used as spreadable rub for roasted and basted meats.
Some of the ingredients are:

chili peppers, parsley, lemon juice. cumin, black pepper, chili pepper, paprika or smoked piquant La Vera Pimentón, Olive Oil, Garlic and Onion.
