Palacsinta: This Hungarian crêpe dessert was introduced to French Chefs via the Adriatic during the Austro-Hungarian occupation. The ingredients include: milk, eggs, club soda, sugar and powdered sugar, dark rum, vanilla extract, salt, all purpose flour, sweetened butter, grated orange peel or grated lemon zest and cherry or rasberry jam.
