[h1]Fish stock[/h1]
A fish stock is comprised mostly of any fish ,bones, skin and trimmings available, onion, carrot, celery, black peppercorn, bay leaves and parsley. All placed inside a stock pot with water , brought to a boil,skim the surface and simmer uncoverd for 30-45 minutes, then strain and used when ready.
