Dolmades ( grape leaves) :  Firstly, the Greeks have been wrapping food since ancient times. Every May, traditional Greeks go the vineyard to pick or collect their annual supply of grape leaves. The renowned international Meze of Dolmades ( Stuffed Grape Leaves), are filled with a combination of stuffings including : onion, aromatic long grain rice, dill, lemon, pinenuts, raisins, parsley and optional: ground meat ( lamb or beef ).
