 Champignons Sauvages:  Wild Mushrooms.

There are uncountable wild mushrooms however, the most popular in northern Italy, Provence and northern Spain, are called: Boletus Edulí, which translates to Ceps or Penny Buns in English and Porcini in Italian.

In Spanish, the word, " champiñones" , translates:  to Domestic Mushroom, and Wild Mushrooms are " Setas ".
