Calzone:

There are as many types of calzone as there are pizzas. The traditional Sicilian folded pizza is filled with Buffalo Mozzarella, tomato and Proscuitto d´ Palma. Calzone all´ Amalfitana ( Amalfi Coast and Napoli region ) stuff their calzone with hard boiled eggs, Ricotta, Proscuitto or Boiled Ham.
