La Baneh is a tangy, cheesy yogurt, similar to hummus, however it is made with: sesame  seeds, spices and olive oil as is a common  meze in Caesarea, Israel. The standard ingredients include: cumin, cayenne, summer savoury, olives, seasame seeds salt and fresh yogurt and olive oil. It is served with Pita type unleavened bread.
